our hope & grace initiative represents our ongoing commitment to support mental health and wellbeing for women. every philosophy product sold helps us to fund grants that empower women through the prevention and treatment of a wide range of these issues which disproportionately affect women around the world.
kind
we believe in the cruelty-free treatment of animals and our corporate policy reflects our belief. we don't use any animals at any point throughout our product development and testing process and we are leaping bunny-certified as of january 2023.
conscious
we are committed to developing responsible packaging that respects the environment and reduces impact on the planet and the people who live here. currently, all of our paper and cardboard cartons are FSC certified to be sustainable for forests. by 2025, we commit to ensuring that 100% of our new product packaging is made with recycled materials, or is recyclable or reusable.
aware
we are committed to reducing our manufacturing footprint and currently use 100% renewable electricity in our manufacturing sites. we are proud that we now achieve zero industrial waste to landfills and recycle 60% of our industrial waste. by 2023, we will offset 100% of the carbon emissions from our owned manufacturing site.
