what is philosophers’ rewards?

philosophers’ rewards is the name of philosophy's loyalty program. we created philosophers’ rewards to make your life more beautiful and rewarding. membership is complimentary and when you join, you'll be eligible to earn points and receive perks. earn points each time you shop on philosophy.com, in our philosophy-owned store, connect with us on social media, write product reviews, watch brand videos, and more. redeem your gratitude points for exclusive rewards on philosophy.com.

how do I earn points?

you earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on qualified purchases, minus discounts, returns, taxes, and fees. you can also earn points by completing tasks described on the philosophers rewards home page. there is no limit to how many points you can earn - just make sure you’re logged in to your account at checkout.

what is the difference between the different tiers?

your membership tier is based on how many points you’ve earned in a rolling twelve-month period. you’ll start in the optimistic tier and move up from there as you accumulate more points. once you enter a new tier, you’ll have one year from that date to earn enough points to retain your status. if you don’t, you’ll move to the tier that you are eligible for. each tier comes with its own benefits which are described above.

how do I check my points balance?

once logged in, you can check your points balance on both the rewards page and your account page.

how will I know when I have reached a new tier?

when your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. if the tier you have crossed into either the confident or empowered tiers, this email will also includeinformation about your welcome to your new tier gift!

I’m a confident or empowered tier member. how do I access exclusive discounts, rewards, and offers?

you will receive exclusive offers by subscribing to our email list. this is also where you will be notified of early access to events, product releases, and promotions for our confident and empowered tier members.

do my rewards points expire?

points expire if you have not earned or redeemed any points within the last 12 months.

I left a review, why didn’t I earn points?

only verified reviews are eligible to earn points. this means that you must leave your review using the verified link that was sent to you via email after purchasing the item(s) through philosophy.com in order to receive points.
