important updates to our loyalty program:   

  

as we prepare for a refresh in the new year, we want to inform you about upcoming changes to our loyalty program. here’s what you can expect with the new updates: 

 

what’s changing:  

  • all points will expire on december 31, 2025, and will be active for one calendar year, expiring on december 31st each year thereafter. we encourage you to use your rewards and enjoy all the redemption options we offer! 

  • on january 1, 2026, your account will reset to 0 points. since we are updating our program—including rewards, redemptions, and their values—we want to start fresh! 

  • points earned will change from 10 points per $1 spent to 1 point per $1 spent. 

  • we will now use dollar amounts to indicate your progression through the tiers based on your actual spending. 

  • points will still hold the same value when redeemed; we're simplifying the conversion! 

  • in our old program, 1000 points = $10 off; in the new program, 100 points = $10 off, so your dollar spent will retain the same value. 

new program name:  

  • philosophers rewards will now be philosophy rewards.  

  • new tier names:  

  • optimistic will now be fan (free to join, 0-149 points = $0-$149 spent) 

  • confident will now be loyalist (150-299 points = $150-$299 spent)  

  • empowered will now be elite (300+ points = $300+ spent)  

what else?  

  • there will be new and improved ways to earn rewards, offers, exclusive brand discounts, and experiences as you move up in the tiers. 

  • new rewards, more often: rewards will be refreshed more frequently, allowing you to redeem your favorites or try new products! 

  • triple points on all subscription orders—save 15% off your purchase, plus earn points on future purchases!
